Sean Dennis, Jefferson County Attorney's Office, and Detective John Koofer, Louisville Metro Police Department, spoke to the item. A motion was made by Committee Member Fox, seconded by Vice Chair Peden, that this Ordinance be amended by substitution with the attached document labeled 'O-272-19 PROPOSED CABS 082819 Amendment by Sub sd 082719.pdf'. The motion to amend by substitution carried by a voice vote. A motion was made by Committee Member Flood, seconded by Committee Member Piagentini, that this amended Ordinance be amended as follows: - On Page 14, Section VIII, Subsection (B)(3), insert 'Physical' before 'Address' - On Page 17, Section X, Subsection (2)(b)iii, insert 'Physical' before 'Address' - On Page 22, Section XIII, Subsection 123.32(A)(2)(b)iii, insert 'Physical' before 'Address' Vice Chair Peden requested a friendly amendment to instead insert 'Physical and Mailing' before 'Address'. Committee Member Flood accepted the friendly amendment. The motion to amend carried by a voice vote.
