A motion was made by Committee Member Hollander, seconded by Committee Member Fox, that this Ordinance be amended by adding "and 2018" following "2017" and replacing "1,801" with "1,560 and 1,548 respectively" in the second WHEREAS and adding the following language to the end of Section I: 150.083 (G)(5): ", provided licensee or identified building contractor shall not be liable for a misrepresentation by the subcontractor to any information provided herein in subsection (H)." The motion to amend carried by a voice vote. A technical correction was noted in Section I: 150.083 (J), "visibly" should be "visible".
