Chair Person Coan called the meeting to order at 4:01 PM.

MAY BE ISSUED TO CONTRACTORS. (AS AMENDED)

A motion was made by Committee Member Hollander, seconded by
Committee Member Fox, that this Ordinance be recommended for approval.
Council Member Mulvihill spoke to the item.
A motion was made by Committee Member Hollander, seconded by
Committee Member Fox, that this Ordinance be amended by adding "and
2018" following "2017" and replacing "1,801" with "1,560 and 1,548
respectively" in the second WHEREAS and adding the following language to
the end of Section I: 150.083 (G)(5): ", provided licensee or identified building
contractor shall not be liable for a misrepresentation by the subcontractor to
any information provided herein in subsection (H)."
The motion to amend carried by a voice vote.
A technical correction was noted in Section I: 150.083 (J), "visibly" should be
"visible".
The motion to recommend for approval carried by the following vote and the
amended Ordinance was sent to Old Business:
Yes: 6- Coan, Purvis, Hollander, Fox, Piagentini, and George
No: 1- Benson

Member Piagentini, that this Ordinance be amended with the attached
document titled "O-469-18 V.2 CAM 022619 Amending LMCO Communication
Services".
The motion to amend carried by a voice vote.
The motion to recommend for approval carried by the following vote and the
amended Ordinance was sent to Consent Calendar, however because of the
amendment it will go to Old Business instead:
