A motion was made by Committee Member Hollander, seconded by Chair Person Coan, that this Ordinance be amended by changing Subsection 131.22 (B) to read, "He or she knowingly places or throws litter on any sidewalk, street, public or private property; or". The motion to amend carried by a voice vote.
