Chair Person Coan, Sean Dennis, Jefferson County Attorney's Office and Robert Kirchdorfer, Codes and Regulations, spoke to the item. A motion was made by Vice Chair Benson, seconded by Committee Member Fox, that this Ordinance be amended by striking "feeding the meter" in LMCO § 72.083. The motion to amend was withdrawn. No final action was taken on the amended Ordinance. Adjournment A motion was made by Vice Chair Benson, seconded by Committee Member Fox, that this meeting be adjourned. Without objection, Chair Person Coan adjourned the meeting at 5:00 PM. *NOTE: Items sent to the Consent Calendar or Old Business will be heard before the full Council at the Metro Council Meeting on June 13, 2019.
