Without objection the item was untabled. Chair Person Coan spoke to the item. A motion was made by Committee Member Fox, seconded by Vice Chair Benson, that this Ordinance be amended by changing SS 115.353(A)(1)(b) to read, " An unsatisfactory 12-month history of hazardous moving violations resulting in the loss of 6 or more cumulative drivers license points." The motion to amend carried by a voice vote. A motion was made by Chair Person Coan, seconded by Vice Chair Piagentini, that this Ordinance be amended in SS 115.353, (B)(2), in the second line, strike the word, "and" between "health" and "safety"; and insert, "and fire prevention" between "safety" and "ordinances". The motion to amend carried by a voice vote. A motion was made by Committee Member Fox, seconded by Committee Louisville Metro Government Page 2 Public Works Committee Action Summary - Tentative August 13, 2019 Member George, that this Ordinance be amended in SS 115.361, (A), in the third line, change "ten" to "seven". In (B), second line, change "21" to "30". The motion to amend carried by a voice vote. A motion was made by Committee Fox, seconded by Committee Member Hollander, that this Ordinance be amended in SS 115.352, (A)(5) to read as follows, "A listing of all criminal convictions of a violent persons crime and disclose their inclusion on the sexual offender registry list." The motion to amend failed by a voice vote. The motion to recommend for approval failed by the following vote and will be sent to Old Business with a recommendation for dissapproval. Yes: 3- Coan, Piagentini, and George No: 4- Benson, Purvis, Hollander, and Fox 2. O-247-19 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE LOUISVILLE METRO CODE OF ORDINANCES SECTION 39.033 REGARDING THE NAMING OF METRO GOVERNMENT PROPERTY. Sponsors:Primary Brandon Coan (D-8) Attachments: O-247-19 V.1 080819 Amending LMCO Naming Metro Government Properties.pdf A motion was made by Committee Member Piagentini, seconded by Committee Member Fox, that this Ordinance be recommended for approval.
