ASSETS.

carried without objection.

A motion was made by Committee Member Hollander, seconded by
Committee Member Fox, that this amended Ordinance be amended with the
amendments as shown in the attached document titled, "O-374-18 PROPOSED
CAM 101519 sd 101419.pdf". The motion to amend carried by a voice vote.

A motion was made by Committee Member Hollander, seconded by
Committee Member Piagentini, that this amended Ordinance be amended as
follows:
- Strike through Subsection (A)(5) on Page 8 and replace it with, "For mobile
vendors and peddlers, a listing of all criminal convictions in the past five years
of the applicant and all employees actually engaged in the act of vending or
peddling."
Committee Member Purvis and Committee Member Piagentini spoke to the
item.
The motion to amend carried by a voice vote.
A motion was made by Committee Member Hollander, seconded by
Committee Member Piagentini, that this amended Ordinance be amended as
follows:
- Strike through "or the Kentucky State Fair Board" in Line 6 of Subsection (F)
on Page 13
Committee Member Fox and Council Member Ackerson spoke to the item.
The motion to amend carried by a voice vote.
A motion was made by Committee Member Hollander, seconded by
Committee Member Piagentini, that this amended Ordinance be amended as
follows:
- Strike through Subsection (G) on Page 16
