Roll Call - Establish Quorum Chairman Bill Schreck called the meeting to order. Members Present: Franklin Jones and Ishmon Burks Approval of Minutes August 10, 2015 minutes were unanimously approved. Announcements Old Business Resolution Number: Resolution 2, Series 2014 Request: Properties to be returned to Landbank Location: 1709, 1711, 1715, 1717 and 1719 W Market St Case Manager: Joshua Watkins, Real Estate Coordinator Joshua Watkins presented Resolution 2, Series 2014 - Returning properties located at 1709, 1711, 1715, 1717 and 1719 West Market Street to the LandBank as a result of a project cancellation. 2219 Congress St., property to be returned to Landbank Linette Huelsman presented Resolution 9, Series 2015 - Return the property located at 2219 Congress Street to the LandBank. The property did not close due to health issues in the buyer's family. PVA Value: $6,500.00 Sale Price: $1.00 Council District: 5 - Cheri Hamilton Case Manager: Joshua Watkins, Real Estate Coordinator Joshua Watkins presented Resolution 19, Series 2015 for Mr. David Nicoulin. The applicant would like to purchase the lot at 2219 Garfield Avenue. This is a rear yard proposal; the applicant's house is front of it and the lot would be consolidated with the Applicant's property. The Applicant's address is 2218 Griffith Ave. The recommendation is to convey the property located at 2219 Garfield Ave to Mr. Nicoulin for $1.00. Resolution 19, Series 2015 was unanimously approved. Resolution Number Resolution 20, Series 2015 Request: Single Family New Construction Project Name: N/A Location: 504 N 34th St. Neighborhood: Portland Applicant: Habitat for Humanity Project Area/Size: 0.15 ac PVA Value: $2,500.00 Sale Price: $1.00 Council District: 5 - Cheri Hamilton Case Manager: Linette Huelsman, Real Estate Coordinator Linette Huelsman presented Resolution 20, Series 2015 for the Habitat for Humanity. They are requesting the lot located at 504 N. 34th Street. The condition of approval is to complete construction within 18 months; if it is not completed within 18 months, the applicant will return the property to the Landbank. Ms. Janel Temple was a representative for the Habitat. Resolution 20, Series 2015 was unanimously approved.
