Roll Call - Establish Quorum Approval of Minutes On a motion by Franklin Jones, the minutes were approved. Announcements There were no announcements. Old Business Resolution Number Resolution 21, Series 2015 Request: Commercial Purchase Project Name: N/A Location: 1029 Dixie Hwy, 1033-1043 Dixie Hwy, 1725 W St. Catherine St. Neighborhood: California Applicant: Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Project Area/Size: 42,216.2 sq ft. PVA Value: $6,500 Sale Price: $700 (represents 10% Option Agreement) Council District: 6-David James Case Manager: Joshua Watkins, Real Estate Coordinator Revisions to the resolution were discussed. There was a concensus among the committee members that they wanted to see the purchase option agreement, and that they would take action on the revisions to the resolution at this time, at the next meeting. Announcements Jeana Dunlap informed that housing plans and designs for the Cedar Street Development would be reviewed at the next meeting. Old Business Latondra Yates provided an update on the status of the African American Heritage Center parking lot and street and alley closure. The submittal has received review comments from Planning and Design Services. Revisions are in the process being made for resubmittal to PDS. Next steps include re-review, then review by a sub-committee of the Planning Commission and Metro Council.
