Jeana Dunlap informed that housing plans and designs for the Cedar Street Development
would be reviewed at the next meeting.
Old Business
Latondra Yates provided an update on the status of the African American Heritage Center
parking lot and street and alley closure. The submittal has received review comments from
Planning and Design Services. Revisions are in the process being made for resubmittal to
PDS. Next steps include re-review, then review by a sub-committee of the Planning
Commission and Metro Council.
