Liberty Street Louisville Metro Government Louisville, KY 40202 Minutes VAPStat Joint Meeting Monday, July 11, 2016 3:00 PM Old Jail Auditorium Welcome and Introductions Jeana Dunlap, Director, of the Office of Vacant and Public Property Administration, welcomed all of the Board Members, Commissioners, and guests, introduced the newest staff members, and initiated the joint meeting at approximately 3:15 p.m.. Vacant and Abandoned Property Statistics LouieStat KPI Report for July 11, 2016 Using a PowerPoint presentation, Ms. Dunlap provided and explained the monthly LouieStat KPI Report and upcoming topics that may be addressed with assistance from the Office of Performance Improvement. Louisville & Jefferson County Landbank Authority, Inc. Roll Call - Establish Quorum Chairman Schreck called the regular meeting to order at approximately 4:00 p.m.. Approval of Minutes On motion of Vice Chair Burks, seconded by Treasurer Jones, and unanimously passed, the minutes of the regular meeting of April 11, 2016 were approved. Louisville Metro Government Page 1 VAPStat Joint Meeting Minutes July 11, 2016 Using a PowerPoint presentation, Mr. Joshua Watkins provided an overview of the proposed sale or conveyance of the real property involved in the Resolution. Gretchen Wood, Counsel for L.C.W. Properties, LLC, explained her client's intent behind the purchase of the subject property. On a motion of Vice Chair Burks, seconded by Treasurer Jones, and unanimously passed, LBA Resolution 7, Series 2016, was approved. Resolution 8, Series 2016, of the Louisville and Jefferson County Landbank Authority, Inc. Using a PowerPoint presentation, Ms. Linette Huelsman provided an overview of the proposed sale or conveyance of the real property involved in the Resolution. Azerlee Merriweather explained her intent behind the purchase of the subject property. On a motion of Vice Chair Burks, seconded by Treasurer Jones, and unanimously passed, LBA Resolution 8, Series 2016, was approved. General Discussion Adjournment On motion of Treasurer Burks, seconded by Vice Chair Burks, and unanimously passed, the meeting was adjourned approximately at 3:58 p.m. Urban Renewal and Community Development Agency of Louisville Roll Call - Establish Quorum Due to a lack of a quorum, Ms. Dunlap requested a recess of the Joint Meeting until 4:05 p.m. to attempt to reach the Commissioners not in attendance and achieve a quorum.
