CITY OF LOVELAND MEETING NOTICE PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE This meeting is posted to comply with the Colorado Open Meetings Law due to the possibility that three or more Council members may be in attendance and public business may be discussed. WHAT: BUDGET FUNDS IN FOCUS Topics that will be discussed are the following:  How are rates and fees calculated each month?  How do your rates and fees support the City's capital improvement projects, maintenance, public health, and more?  Why and when are rates and fees adjusted each year?  How can these funds be utilized? Our speakers for the evening are Acting Chief Financial Officer/Acting Deputy City Manager Molly Elder, Public Works Director Will Jones, Utilities Director Sharon Israel, and Deputy Director Shaundra Stoever.
