Call to Order Chairman Kent Landrum called the February 12, 2026 Special Civil Service Meeting to order at 4:30 pm. 2. Roll Call All Civil Service Commission Members were in attendance at the February 12, 2026 Civil Service Board Meeting. Present: Chair Kent Landrum Vice Chair Myrle Carner Member Ed dos Remedios Commander Scott Dilworth Secretary Annie Vandenkooy HR Sr Analyst Darlene Connor 3. New Business 3.A Confirmation of the Police Clerk Eligibility List - Presenter Connor Moved by Myrle Carner; seconded by Ed dos Remedios to Approve Move to approve the Police Clerk Eligibility List with an expiration date of February 12, 2027. Motion Passed: 3- 0 Voting For: Ed dos Remedios, Myrle Carner, Kent Landrum Voting Against: None 4. Old Business N/A 5. Upcoming Events 1  N/A 6. Comments for the Good of the Order It was requested to move the March meeting to later in the month due to staff vacation scheduling conflicts. The commission agreed to move the meeting to March 11, 2026. Calendar updates will be sent out to commission members. 7.
