CITY OF LYNNWOOD LEOFF-1 DISABILITY BOARD - REGULAR LEOFF-1 DISABILITY BOARD MEETING MINUTES February 10, 2026 1. Call to Order Chairman Mike McBride called the February 10, 2026 LEOFF-1 Disability Board meeting to order at 9:00am. 2. Roll Call The following members were present at the time of Roll Call: Mike McBride, John Conderman, Ed dos Remedios, and Kaitlyn Martin. Council members Isabel Mata and Nick Coelho were not present at the time of roll call but did join the meeting virtually during the executive session for Routine Claims. Present: Chairman Michael McBride Vice Chairman John Conderman Member at Large Ed dos Remedios Council Member Nick Coelho Council Member Isabel Mata Board Secretary Kaitlyn Martin 3. Approval of Minutes 3.1 Approval of the January 13, 2026 LEOFF-1 Disability Board Meeting minutes. Moved by John Conderman; seconded by Ed dos Remedios to Approve Motion to approve the January 13, 2026 LEOFF-1 Disability Board Meeting minutes. . Motion Passed: 3- 0 Voting For: Michael McBride, John Conderman, Ed dos Remedios Voting Against: None 4. Audit of Claim 4.1 Routine Claims 4.2 Motion for Audit of Claims Moved by Ed dos Remedios; seconded by John Conderman to Approve Motion to approve the presented claims.. 1  Motion Passed: 5- 0 Voting For: Michael McBride, John Conderman, Ed dos Remedios, Nick Coelho, Isabel Mata Voting Against: None 5. Old Business 5.1 Member Request for Assisted Living Costs Reimbursement Board Secretary Kaitlyn Martin presented a member's request for coverage for excess assisted living costs for the prior year during an executive session. Kaitlyn was asked to find out the UNUM lifetime coverage amount as well as provide Nick Coelho and Isabel Mata that section of the bylaws that shows we cover rent for nursing homes. Moved by John Conderman; seconded by Ed dos Remedios to Approve Motion to approve member's request for 2025 assisted living costs reimbursement.. Motion Passed: 5- 0 Voting For: Michael McBride, John Conderman, Ed dos Remedios, Nick Coelho, Isabel Mata Voting Against: None 6. New Business None Adjourn Chairman Mike McBride adjourned the February 2026 Disability Board Meeting at 9:18am. 2
