CITY OF LYNNWOOD LEOFF-1 DISABILITY BOARD - REGULAR LEOFF-1 DISABILITY BOARD MEETING MINUTES March 10, 2026 1. Call to Order Chairman Mike McBride called the March 2026 LEOFF-1 Disability Board meeting to order at 9:00am. 2. Roll Call All LEOFF-1 Disability Board Members were in attendance at the March 2026 LEOFF- 1 Disability Board meeting. Present: Chairman Michael McBride Vice Chairman John Conderman Member at Large Ed dos Remedios Council Member Nick Coelho Council Member Isabel Mata Board Secretary Kaitlyn Martin 3. Approval of Minutes 3.1 Approval of the February 10, 2026 LEOFF-1 Disability Board Meeting minutes. Moved by Ed dos Remedios; seconded by Nick Coelho to Approve Motion to approve the February 10, 2026 LEOFF-1 Disability Board Meeting minutes.. Motion Passed: 5- 0 Voting For: Michael McBride, John Conderman, Ed dos Remedios, Nick Coelho, Isabel Mata Voting Against: None 4. Audit of Claim 4.1 Routine Claims 4.2 Motion for Audit of Claims Moved by Nick Coelho; seconded by Isabel Mata to Approve Motion to approve the presented claims.. 1  Motion Passed: 5- 0 Voting For: Michael McBride, John Conderman, Ed dos Remedios, Nick Coelho, Isabel Mata Voting Against: None 5. Old Business None 6. New Business 6.1 WSLEA LEOFF-1 Conference registration now open (May 5, 2026 - May 8, 2026) Board Secretary Kaitlyn Martin let the board know that registration was now open for 2026's WSLEA Conference in Chelan, WA. Chairman Mike McBride encouraged the newest board member, Council member Isabel Mata to attend this year. Mata said she would get back to the board soon about whether or not she is able to attend. Vice Chairman John Conderman stated that he will attend the conference if Mata cannot. Kaitlyn offered to send Mata a copy of the agenda and more information about the conference. Adjourn Chairman Mike McBride adjourned the March 2026 LEOFF-1 Disability Board Meeting at 9:13am. 2
