1. Discussion on an Ordinance to Create a Class V Liquor License for Whitberg, LLC at 1690
East Jackson Street, Unit F, Macomb, Illinois.

2. Discussion on an Ordinance to Create a Class V Liquor License for Niemann Foods, Inc.
DBA Rich's at 501 West Jackson Street, Suite A, Macomb, Illinois.
This ordinance had first reading September 16, 2024, and discussion on September
23, 2024.
3. Discussion on an Ordinance Amending Section 4-83 allowing a Supplemental Outdoor
Cafe Liquor License for Class A License for Class A License Holders in the Downtown
Business District.
This ordinance had first reading September 16, 2024, and discussion on September
23, 2024.
4. Discussion on an Ordinance to Amend Section 16-71 concerning Trespass.
This ordinance had first reading September 16, 2024, and discussion on September
23, 2024.
5. Presentation of the City of Macomb's Core Values, Vision & Mission Statement.
A copy of the Core Values is attached.
