evenings, except for up to five times per month. The establishment must close
by 1:00 am Thursday evenings.
2. The establishment must keep the rear door closed except for deliveries,
loading, unloading and emergencies.
3. The decibel level will not except 60 decibels, measured at the property line.
4. There will be a maximum indoor capacity of 99 persons and outdoor
capacity of 8.
5. Must close patio one hour before the establishment closes.
