accept a Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (WDNR) grant award
in the amount of $150,000 for the Wexford Pond Dredging Project and to
allow for the commitment of matching funds in the 2023 Capital Budget for

The 2300 S Park Street – North Parking Lot project is being completed by the
Community Development Authority and will be demolishing the northern portion of the
existing Villager on Park commercial center to construct additional parking at the
campus. As a condition of approval for this project it is required that they install new
public sidewalk in Ridgewood Way fronting the project where sidewalk does not currently
exist. They will also be removing and reconstringuction the drive entrance to the site off
of Ridgewood Way.

work in the public right of way has remained the same, the developer has since been

construction of a bike path by the developer, but the name of the project is being updated
from Kipp Street CSM to Replat of Tradesmen Commerce Park and the lots being served
by the development will be updated.

The development creates a public street connection from Eastpark Boulevard to S
Biltmore Lane in The American Center. The Developer will be responsible for
improvements on Eastpark Boulevard such as islands, crosswalks, and buffered bike
lanes to improve pedestrian, bike, and vehicular safety. The new Dreamer Lane will be a
36’ street at Eastpark Blvd tapering to a 26’ street width at S. Biltmore Lane. The 36’
street will include 2 travel lanes, parking on both sides, and a bikeable street and the 26’
street will include 2 travel lanes without street parking. The project will also add a
crosswalk at S Biltmore Lane. The developer will install all public utilities including
sanitary, storm and water.

The developer shall construct the southern section of the Milwaukee Street Boulevard
from Wind Stone Drive to Juneberry Drive, Golden Maple Road from Milwaukee Street
south to the existing street, and Juneberry Drive from Milwaukee Street south to the
existing street. Work shall include public utility installation, curb and gutter, sidewalk,
and pavement. A temporary westbound lane will bring traffic to the completed northern
portion of Milwaukee Street until future construction builds the northern portion of the
boulevard. Street lighting and conduit shall be installed in the area of the future
Milwaukee Street median. No driveway access is allowed onto Milwaukee Street from
the development. All residential parking is at the rear loaded alley way which is already
constructed.

The developer has requested a change in the scope of work for Jannah Village Phase 2.
The developer is requesting the addition of Lots 4-6 and the removal of Lot 37-43 from the
original Phase 2 approval. The addition of Lots 4-6 will include the construction of utilities
and street improvements on Blissful Avenue and Eternity Drive west of Wisdom Road.
Transportation Commission has previously approved the geometrics of these street
sections. This addition will complete the construction of the southern portion of the plat.
The removal of Lots 37-43 from the scope of work will eliminate the immediate
construction of Bridle Way. The northern half of Bridle Way is currently in the Town of
Burke. The change in the scope of work with this resolution will construct improvements
for Lots 4-12, 34-36, 44-57, and Outlot 3 as Jannah Village Phase 2.
