3. 72184 Consider a Report of the City Engineer regarding the results of a review of
water resources impacts and the necessity of permits for public works
construction projects on this agenda and addendum to the agenda.

are for the public improvements to serve Phase 1 of the Fox Knoll Subdivision. Fox Knoll
is located in the southeast quadrant of the intersection of Old Sauk Road and Pioneer
Road at the western limit between the City of Madison and the Town of Middleton.
Contract 9183 will cover all of the required improvements excluding the surface paving of
the new streets for Phase 1. Contract 9184 will then cover the surface paving for Phase 1.
