Sprecher Road. Since the approval, Metro Transit have established a policy to use bus pullouts in specific and unique circumstances. Nationally there has been a strong shift from using pullouts to having in-lane stop due to the bus pullouts being difficult and time consuming to exit. The stop originally required at this stop does not met the policy guidelines for a pullout stop and is no longer required by the City. As a result, the City and Developer have mutually agreed to an in-lane stop and a ten-foot concrete boarding pad. The stop will be installed on the north side of Milwaukee Street approximately 90’ west of the crosswalk on Milwaukee Street at N. Sprecher Road.
