water resources impacts and the necessity of permits for public works
construction projects on this agenda and addendum to the agenda.

demolition and redevelopment of the existing pools at 5109 Barton Road. As a condition
of project approval the developer is required to install new public sidewalk on Lewon Dr
and Barton Rd adjacent to the project. Private sanitary/storm/water service connections
will be included work within the public right of way and a new commercial drive apron is to
be constructed on Barton Road. There are not existing public street trees to protect or
remove. New public street trees will be planted per City Forestry approvals.

demolition and redevelopment on the northwest corner of the intersection of N Park St
and Regent Street (new address will be 832 Regent St). Sidewalk, terrace, curb & gutter,
and pavement is to be replaced per plans approved by City Engineering & City Traffic
Engineering with a minimum of 6’ wide sidewalk and 8’ wide terrace. Planters on Regent
Street will require a maintenance agreement if constructed of concrete or a privilege in
streets approval if constructed of other materials. Private sanitary/storm/water service
connections will be included work within the public right of way and new commercial drive

aprons are to constructed on N Park Street and East Campus Mall. City Forestry will

City Forestry though the site plan verification approval process.
