2. 93069 Jeff Manzetti - Architect - Mead & Hunt, representative of the owner of 2402 Darwin Rd
and 3118, 3202, 3402, & 3502 International Ave, requests a variance from landscaping
requirements in a surface parking lot. Alder district #18
3. 93709 Dina Corigliano, representative of the owner of the property at 3524 Gregory St,
requests a side yard setback variance for an addition to a single family house. Alder
