Acceptance of the voter checklist additions, deletions, and changes from September 20, 2023 through October 6, 2023 prior to the Presidential Primary filing period scheduled to begin on Wednesday, October 11, 2023 and end on Friday, October 27, 2023. Ladies and Gentlemen, what is your pleasure? 2. A motion is in order to authorize the City Clerk to remain open on Friday, October 6, 2023 through 7:30 PM to accept party changes. A motion is in order to recess the meeting until 4:45 PM on October 27, 2023, at which time the Board of Registrars will vote to accept party changes made between 5:00 PM and 7:30 PM on October 6, 2023.
