A. Minutes
1. Approve the minutes of the Regular City Commission Meeting held Tuesday,
July 7, 2026.
2. Approve the minutes of the Special City Commission Meeting held on
Tuesday, July 14, 2026.
B. Claims/Payments
1. Approve Claims Register No. 3126 authorizing and approving the payment of
claims from July 2, 2026 – July 16, 2026, in the amount of $6,971,623.13.
C. Licenses
1. Approve a Tree Maintenance License for calendar year 2026 for Heartwood
Tree Care LLC.
D. Miscellaneous Agreements
1. Approve a Grant Agreement with the Board of Commissioners of Riley
County, Kansas, authorizing $30,000.00 for the 2027 Recovery Court
Program.
2. Authorize the City Manager to execute amendments to the 2025 Social
Services Grant Agreement and 2025 Special Alcohol Funds Grant Agreement
with Friends of Recovery Association.

A. Consider approving Ordinance No. 7832 rezoning a tract of land located north of
the intersection of East Poyntz Avenue and Sarber Lane, from Neighborhood
Commercial (CN) District to Commercial Planned Unit Development (PUD)
District.

1. Commission to disclose any ex parte information and state whether they are
still able to fairly, objectively, and impartially consider the rezoning request.

B. Consider approving Ordinance No. 7833 rezoning 930 Yuma Street from Low-
Density Residential Attached (RL-A) District with Established Neighborhood
