MINUTES 1) Discuss/Approve minutes from the November 12, 2024 city council meeting. NEW BUSINESS 5. POLICE DEPARTMENT A. Discuss/Approve the recommendation of the merit board, Commissioner Barwick, and Chief Fitts to hire Jacob Burzynski as a patrol officer at the agreed upon pay rate per the collective bargaining agreement. Burzynski's hire date will be December 9th, 2024. B. Discuss/Approve the recommendation of the merit board, Commissioner Barwick, and Chief Fitts to hire Bryan Walsh as a patrol officer at the agreed upon pay rate per the collective bargaining agreement. Walsh's hire date will be December 10th, 2024. 6. FIRE DEPARTMENT A. Discuss/Approve the order of two new fire engines from Banner Fire Equipment for a total of $2,081,766.00; delivery is expected approximately 3 years from the order. 7.
