The motion was Passed 3-0. Consideration of Sewer Adjustment Applications A. Consideration of Sewer Adjustment Applications for June 22, 2026 A. 539 W. Poston Rd. -- $550.62 D. 315 Ferguson Dr. -- $55.17 A motion to Approve Items A, B & D and table C was made by Board of Works John Lillywhite. Kelly Bray seconded the motion. The motion was 3-0. Page 2 of 18 New Business A. Consideration of Amendment No. 2 to Agreement Between INDOT and the City of Martinsville Mr. Coffey presented the agreement to the board for their consideration. The agreement is for the city to retain the monies left from the North Levee Grant. The monies left are in the amount of: $646, 745.02. A motion to Approve was made by Board of Works John Lillywhite.
