1. Interviews –Katie Konsky/Marvin Brussatti/Barbara Sharp/ Maylene Peradotti/Kay Logsdon/Randy Limberg/Everett
Eckert/Larry James – Ellis/Pea/Petty will set up interviews
2. Museum open day – July 10 & 11 homecoming
3. St. John’s pew – Pea’s handling
4. MCT trail kiosks – Gulledge to check on
5. Trying to figure out how to save website past pages – no progress
6. Gulledge – discussed updating village history needed; 2027 will be the village 125th
7. Museum float for homecoming “Lady & the Tramp” in progress
8. ID cards needed – Semanisin, Levi and Wittke – email Mayor and go to village hall
9. Museum will be open before parade each night of homecoming July 10 & 11.
10. Motion approved to purchase sharpies, wide masking tape, packing tape and trash bags.
11. Motion approved to purchased signs announcing the museum closing up to $250.
12. Mayor announced save the date for Village Xmas party December 18 at Boogies.
13. Talk with Friends about candy for parade
14. July 13 work day for construction prep
15. Future meetings to be either at museum or village council chambers
C. TABLED PROJECTS
1. Ongoing Projects – Baseball history, Children’s program, cemetery etchings, loom clean up, Donk mine marker,
Window blind(s) – 35”x 65” for upstairs, large photos of 2020 HS seniors, video of museum contents,
Cemetery photos, transit trail markers, National Historic Register, mine display, old siren box
NEW BUSINESS

2. “Friends of the MHM” report – Ellis // MCT path sign – Baker//1958 Seagrave
3. Saturday open – July 10 & 11 for homecoming – around 30 visitors from 4 states.
