SEATING OF NEW RETIRED TRUSTEE - Robert Carpenter to fill the retired trustee vacancy on board. Terms expire 5/9/2028. Discuss new trustee mandatory trustee training requirements. 3. PUBLIC COMMENTS 4. MINUTES - Reading and approval of the minutes for the April 14, 2026 board meeting. 5. CORRESPONDENCE a) Discuss issue regarding IRS correspondence regarding tax payments dated June 4, 2026. 6. BILLS a) Dennis J. Orsey, P.C. b) Others 7. TREASURER’S REPORT - Melissa Loftus / INVESTMENT REPORT a) Verify cash balances in FCB checking account to pay beneficiaries and bills. b) IPOPIF update of investment portfolio https://www.ipopif.org/reports/article-3-reports/ c) Review and update contact information, eCFM form, Authorized Agents form, and Account Representative form to be sent to IPOPIF, if necessary. 8. OLD BUSINESS a) Discuss status of Jared Missey’s request regarding Article 3 to IMRF Pension. b) Discuss and review Compliance Audit being performed by Lauterbach & Amen on behalf of IPOPIF. c) Confirm election and appointment results for board trustees. 9. NEW BUSINESS a) Discuss status of Annual Statement, Interrogatories and Audit to be filed with the Illinois Department of Insurance no later than October 30, 2026. Filing must also include copies of Collective Bargaining Agreement, minutes from all meetings, training certificates for all trustees and other required documents. b) Reorganization of Board / election of officers: i. President; ii. Vice President; iii. Secretary; iv. Assistant Secretary; v. FOIA / OMA Officer(s) c) Discuss setting date for special board meeting to approve annual statement, if needed. d) Discuss proposal from Lauterbach & Amen for professional services. 10.
