The purpose of the meeting is to approve Resolutions 2026-49 through 2026-56, Ordinance 2026-14, and Motion A as detailed in the attached Agenda. Once this is completed, Council may adjourn into Executive Session under Ohio Revised Code 121.22(G)(1) to discuss impending and imminent litigation.
