CITY OF MAYVILLE PERSONNEL COMMITTEE MEETING AGENDA JULY 13, 2026 5:00 PM 15 S SCHOOL ST 1. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL 2. CITIZEN COMMENTS Citizen Comments are to be kept to a maximum of five minutes per speaker unless the chairperson allows an extension of time. Each citizen is to make comments at the podium after stating name and address. Each citizen may comment only one time per public hearing / meeting. 3. CLOSED SESSION PURSUANT TO WIS. STATS. §19.85(1)(C) Wis. Stats. §19.85(1)(C), "Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility." 3.1. Interview of Comptroller/Treasurer Candidates 4. RECONVENE IN OPEN SESSION, WITH POSSIBLE ACTION, RELATED TO THE SUBJECT OF THE PRECEDING CLOSED SESSION 4.1. Discuss, with Possible Action, Hiring of a Comptroller/Treasurer 5. DISCUSS WITH POSSIBLE ACTION 5.1. Discuss, with Possible Action, Payout for N. DeBaker 6. ADJOURNMENT Ald.
