Several citizens addressed the Committee. 2 Presentations/Action Items 2-a 14-0134 Hear a presentation from WFN Consulting, discuss and provide a recommendation on the process, timeline and methodology related to the creation of the Housing and Urban Development (HUD) required FY2015-2019 Consolidated Plan. City of Mesa Page 1 Community and Cultural Meeting Minutes February 6, 2014 Development Committee 2-b 14-0142 Hear a presentation, continue discussions and make funding recommendations to Council for the City's FY 2014/2015 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), and Human Services Programs. Chairman Richins declared the motion carried unanimously. 3 Adjournment. Without objection, the meeting adjourned at 9:20 a.m. City Councilmembers who are not members of this Committee may elect to attend this meeting for their own information.
