There were no items from citizens present. 2 Presentations/Action Items. 2-a 14-0316 Hear a presentation, discuss and provide a recommendation on an update of the Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) program with the Police Department. Attachments: Presentation Committee Report Fact Sheet It was moved by Committeemember Finter, seconded by Committeemember Glover, that staff move forward with the proposed recommendations; that staff solicit further input concerning the frequency of future reassessments of the convenience stores; and that the Committee will provide their feedback in that regard when staff brings back the proposed ordinance for their consideration. Chairman Kavanaugh declared the motion carried unanimously. 2-b 14-0314 Hear a presentation, discuss and provide a recommendation on an update of the Massage Parlor Ordinance.
