CITY COUNCIL GATHERING OF QUORUM NOTICE is hereby given that a quorum of the City Council of the City of Midland, Texas, may assemble for the Midland High School – Topping Out Ceremony, which will be held at 1600 East Wadley Avenue, Midland, Texas 79705 at 9:00 a.m. on July 16th, 2026.
