Mayor Spoales read off Officer Commendations for Life-Saving Action to Millvale Police Officers Jennifer Harpur and Tim
McDonough for their extraordinary courage, compassion, and professionalism in responding to a critical incident involving an
individual in imminent danger of taking their own life.

# MOTIONS JULY 2026 FIRST SECOND ACTION
1 Motion to approve and authorize the Borough Manager to execute the contract between the
Borough and Morton Salt for road salt during the 2026-2027 winter season.
2 Authorizing the Borough Manager to advertise two (2) surplus vehicles, a 2017 Ford Explorer
and a 2012 Ford Expedition.
3 Motion to move the deposit of delinquent tax collection funds from Keystone Collection
Services from a recently created account at FNB to the Borough’s longstanding General Fund
account
4 Approve Zoning Officer Training for the Borough Manager
