8) Description of Proposed Work: (Note:
Historic architectural elements shall not be
removed, replaced, or altered during the act of
performing the approved replacement,
rehabilitation, or repair.) *
Installation of a cedar wood fence and two gates. The proposed fence
would begin at the far right corner of the house from the vantage point of
Walnut Street, and run parallel for 17 feet to approximately 5 feet from the
Atlantic Street sidewalk. The fence line would then continue for 46 feet to
meet the property line juncture of 205 and 207 Miss Deckert) Atlantic
Street. The fence line would run 66 feet parallel to Walnut Street. The last
line would run parallel to Atlantic street 28 feet to meet up with the left
corner of the house, which is closest to Atlantic Street. There would be one
gate facing opposite the shed door as illustrated on the site plan I provided
(submitted to Mr. Wilson and Mr. Quass) and a second gated wooden arbor
facing Walnut Street at the far right corner fence line.
