Attachments: Proposed Rule Change - Rule X, Section 8, Reinstatement The Commission Initially approved the change to Rule X, Section 8, Reinstatement. The Commission approved the policy revisions for the Salary, Benefits and Seniority Rights of those employees being reinstated, and for the policy revisions for the Benefits upon Rehire policy. The Rule Change will be brought back to Commission for final approval. The Commission approved the request for administrative corrections to titles that were reclassified.
