Attachments: Proposed Rule Change - Rule X, Section 8, Reinstatement The Commission Initially approved the change to Rule X, Section 8, Reinstatement. The Commission approved the policy revisions for the Salary, Benefits and Seniority Rights of those employees being reinstated, and for the policy revisions for the Benefits upon Rehire policy. The Rule Change will be brought back to Commission for final approval. PLACED ON FILE Aye 4- Bock, Miller, Smith, and Cleary No 0 14. 211983 Commission initially approved the change to City Service Rule VIII, Section 8(e); Probationary Period from the Milwaukee Public Library. The Commission approved the request for administrative corrections to titles that were reclassified. This item will be brought back to Commission for final approval. Whether a simultaneous meeting is occurring depends on whether the presence of one or more of the Common Council member results in a quorum of the Common Council or any of the above committees, and, if there is a quorum of another committee, whether any agenda items listed above involve matters within that committee’s realm of authority. In the event that a simultaneous meeting is occurring, no action other than information gathering will be taken at the simultaneous meeting. Upon reasonable notice, efforts will be made to accommodate the needs of persons with disabilities through sign language interpreters or auxiliary aids. The Board may receive a motion to convene in closed Session pursuant to Section 19.85 (1)(a)(c) or (1)(f) Wis. Stats., if necessary.
