Attachments: Rejection of Application from John Hohenfeldt The Commission denied the appeal for Mr. John Hohenfeldt due to the nature of conviction and having only three years pass since it took place. Mr. Hohenfeldt is able to reapply for any position to which he meets the minimum requirements for and after five to seven years for the position his application was rejected for on the basis of business ethics.
