The Commission agreed that Patricia Klosiewski shall also receive city service credit
for sick leave accrual.

15. 221549 The Discharge Appeal hearing regarding Jason P. Rembalski,
Department of Public Works, Electrical Services.
This Communication was HELD IN COMMITTEE until a future meeting date is
determined.
Adjournment
Kobena-Marcus Collins motioned to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Janet Cleary.
None opposed. All in favor. The motion carried. The meeting adjourned at 2:11 p.m.
The Board may receive a motion to convene in closed session pursuant to Section 19.85 (1)(a) Wis.
Stats., to deliberate concerning a case which was the subject of a quasi-judicial hearing before the
Board of City Service Commissioners, or pursuant to Section 19.85 (1)(f) Wis. Stats., to consider
financial, medical, social or personal histories of disciplinary data of specific persons, or the
investigation of charges against specific persons, which, if discussed in public, would be likely to have
a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of any person referred to in such histories of data, or
involved in such problems or investigations. The Board may then reconvene in open session
concerning any such item following the closed session pursuant to Section 19.85 (2) Wis. Stats.
In the event that Common Council members who are not members of this committee attend this
meeting, this meeting may also simultaneously constitute a meeting of the Common Council or any of
the following committees: Community and Economic Development, Finance and Personnel, Judiciary
and Legislation, Licenses, Public Safety and Health, Public Works, Zoning, Neighborhoods &
Development, and/or Steering and Rules. Whether a simultaneous meeting is occurring depends on
whether the presence of one or more of the Common Council member results in a quorum of the
Common Council or any of the above committees, and, if there is a quorum of another committee,
whether any agenda items listed above involve matters within that committee’s realm of authority. In
the event that a simultaneous meeting is occurring, no action other than information gathering will be
taken at the simultaneous meeting.

Persons engaged in lobbying as defined in s. 305-43-4 of the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances are
required to register with the City Clerk's Office License Division. Registered lobbyists appearing
before a Common Council committee are required to identify themselves as such. More information is
