Call to order Meeting called to order at 9:38 am. 2. Roll call Present: Ruthie Burich-Weatherly, Ericka Sinclair, Dr. Ian Martin, Wujie Zhang and Bria Grant 3. Vote on letter to DHS Motion to approve Board President to sign letter on behalf of board was made by Dr. Martin, 2nd by Ericka Sinclair. All in favor, no opposed. Ruthie signed letter and sent to Health Commissioner K. Johnson. 4. Adjournment Meeting Adjourned at 9:56 am.
