Presentations given by the following City departments on their proposed 2012 Capital Improvements budget requests: Department of Public Works-Facilities- Venu Gupta, Department of Public Works Paul Fredrich, Department of Public Works Mr. Gupta gave a PowerPoint presentation for the capital improvements requests for Facilities Development and Management programs (please see the documents "DPW-Facilities 2012 Capital Budget Request" and "April 19 DPW Capital Budget Presentation" attached to Common Council File 101154). Ald. Bauman at the table at 9:20 a.m. Department of Public Works-Parking Shirley Krug, Administrative Services Director Cindy Angelos, Parking Finance Manager Ms. Angelos gave a presentation on the capital improvements requests for the maintenance of Parking Facilities, Parking Meters and Surface Lots (please see the documents DPW-Parking 2012 Capital Budget Request" and "April 19 DPW Capital Budget Presentation" attached to Common Council File 101154). Police Department John Ledvina, Finance Manager City of Milwaukee Page 1 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS Meeting Minutes April 19, 2011 COMMITTEE Joel Plant, Chief of Staff Rick Moore, Facilities Manager --Hagan, Assistant Chief in charge of -- Mr. Ledvina gave a presentation on the capital improvements requests for the renovation and improvement of the Police Administration Building, District Station Renovation Program, renovation of the Evidence Warehouse, and Radio and Communications upgrades (please see the documents "Police 2012 Capital Budget Request" and "Police Capital Budget Presentation" attached to Common Council File 101154). Mr. Schifalacqua requests a copy of the report on the renovation of the Police Administration Building that was previously presented to the Public Works Committee. Library- Paula Kiely, Director Taj Schoening, Building Operations Manager Ms. Kiely gave a presentation on the capital improvements requests for new construction on the East Library and an Area Library project and repairs and improvements at the Central Library (please see the documents "Library 2012 Capital Budget Request" and "Library Capital Budget Presentation" attached to Common Council File 101154).
