1. Review and approval of the minutes of the March 4, 2015 meeting.
Meeting convened: 9:05 A.M.
Mr. Froh moved, seconded by Mr. Korban, for approval of the minutes. There were
no objections.
All members present with William Christianson present for Mr. Nicolini.
2. Communication transmitting the 2016 Capital Improvements Budget
Requests.
Mr. Christianson gave a brief overview of the 2016 capital requests. Ms.
SheldonHimle discussed the capital request of the Municipal Court. Ms. Nancy
Olson discussed the capital request of the Dept. of Administration – ITMD section.
Ms. Paula Kiely and Ms. Taj Schoening discussed the capital request of the Library.
The Comptroller had no capital request. Mr. Steve Miner discussed the capital
request of the City Assessor’s Office. Mr. Ron Roberts, Chris Rute and Dave Krey
discussed the capital request of the Dept. of Neighborhood Services. Mr. Jim
Owczarski discussed the capital request of the City Clerk’s Office. Mr. Paul
Vornholdt and Mr. Larry Sullivan discussed the capital request of the Port of
Milwaukee. Ms. Martha Brown and Mr. David Schroeder discussed the capital
request of the Dept. of City Development. Ms. Yvette Rowe discussed the capital
request of the Health Department. Mr. Joel Plant, Mr. Chuck Burki, Mr. Dan Rotar
and Mr. Ryan Hayes discussed the capital request of the Police Department. Ms.
Emma Stamps, Mr. Dale Schwark and Ms. Deb Wilichowski discussed the capital
request of the Fire Department. Ms. Carrie Lewis and Mr. Mar Scheller discussed the
capital request of the Milwaukee Water Works.
Mr. Tom Woznick, Cindy Angelos and Rick Dahl discussed the capital request of the
Dept. of Public Works – Parking Division. Mr. Tim Thur discussed the capital request
of the Dept. of Public Works - Environmental Section.

Limited parking for persons attending meetings in City Hall is available at reduced rates (5 hour limit)
at the Milwaukee Center on the southwest corner of East Kilbourn and North Water Street. Parking
tickets must be validated in the first floor Information Booth in City Hall.
Persons engaged in lobbying as defined in s. 305-43-4 of the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances are
required to register with the City Clerk's Office License Division. Registered lobbyists appearing
before a Common Council committee are required to identify themselves as such. More information is
