Sponsors: THE CHAIR Sheila Adams Gardner - daughter, present. Juanita Adams Sartin - other daughter also present as well as other family members as well as a member from the Highland Community School. Ms. Adams Gardner read the bio provided by herself in the file. Patricia Cifax - daughter of Mrs. Juanita Adams. She was an activist, but still involved in the lives of her family. They chose the site as that is where her mom was arrested and her great-granddaughter attends Highland Community School. MIchaela Humpal - Highland Community School - supports this application. Yance Marti - DPW - everything looks in order. Kantara Souffrant - granddaughter of Mrs. Adams. Mr. O'Neill moved for approval, seconded by Mr. Baehr. There were no objections. Limited parking for persons attending meetings is available at reduced rates (5 hour limit) at the Milwaukee Center on the southwest corner of Kilbourn Avenue and Water Street. Parking tickets must be validated in the first floor Information Booth in City Hall. Persons engaged in lobbying as defined in s. 305-43-4 of the Milwaukee Code are required to register with the City Clerk's License Division.
