Sponsors: THE CHAIR Condition: receive Certificate of Appropriateness by HPC This Plan Commission Resolution was APPROVED CONDITIONALLY. Aye: 6- Stokes, Jacquart, Bloomingdale, Najera, Gould, and Altoro No: 0 Zoning 2. 160118 Resolution relating to a Minor Modification to the Detailed Planned Development known as the Kenilworth Building located on the south side of East Kenilworth Place between North Farwell Avenue and North Prospect Avenue to permit a window graphic in the tenant space at 1903 East Kenilworth Place, at the corner of North Farwell Avenue and East Kenilworth Place, in the 3rd Aldermanic District. Sponsors: THE CHAIR Conditions: revisions to the GPD and DPD narratives to include number of parking spaces, signage types, Phase VII setbacks, other details as requested by staff; revisions to the DPD drawings regarding the building elevations, site plan setbacks, use, building height, and incorporate design comments by applicant's architect. A motion was made by Joaquin Altoro, seconded by J. Allen Stokes, that this Ordinance be RECOMMENDED FOR PASSAGE AND ASSIGNED to the ZONING, NEIGHBORHOODS & DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE .
