1. 160190 Resolution approving the design of a proposed park known as
Preservation Park located on the southeast corner of North 10th Street
and West Juneau Avenue, in the 4th Aldermanic District, relative to a
Development Incentive Zone (DIZ) known as the Brewery Project,
established by Section 295-1007.0010 of the Milwaukee Code.

5. 160113 An ordinance relating to the Second Amendment to the General
Planned Development known as Brewers Hill Commons generally
bounded by East Brown Street, North Killian Place, East Reservoir
Avenue and North Palmer Street to increase the number of allowable
residential units for the undeveloped land within Phases VI and VII, in
the 6th Aldermanic District.
Sponsors: THE CHAIR
Conditions: revisions to the GPD and DPD narratives to include number of parking
spaces, signage types, Phase VII setbacks, other details as requested by staff;
revisions to the DPD drawings regarding the building elevations, site plan setbacks,
use, building height, and incorporate design comments by applicant's architect.
