Sponsors: THE CHAIR Conditions: revisions to the GPD and DPD narratives to include number of parking spaces, signage types, Phase VII setbacks, other details as requested by staff; revisions to the DPD drawings regarding the building elevations, site plan setbacks, use, building height, and incorporate design comments by applicant's architect.
