1. 160339 A substitute ordinance relating to the change in zoning, from Parks to
Institutional, of lands located south of West Hampton Avenue and east
of North Port Washington Road (6th Aldermanic District).
Sponsors: Ald. Kovac and Ald. Bohl
A motion was made Whitney Gould, seconded by Patricia Najera, that this
Ordinance be RECOMMENDED FOR PASSAGE AND ASSIGNED to the
ZONING, NEIGHBORHOODS & DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE. This motion
PREVAILED by Voice Vote.

for expansion of an employee parking lot for the St. Ann Rest Home at
2008 South Muskego Avenue, located on the east side of South
Muskego Avenue, south of West Vilter Lane, in the 8th Aldermanic
District.

Ordinance be RECOMMENDED FOR PASSAGE AND ASSIGNED to the

Avenue, in the 6th Aldermanic District.
Sponsors: THE CHAIR
Conditions: updated narrative and drawings:screening of parking lot and dumpster;
signage standards; set back dimensions for parking lot landscaping, fence
placement, height of building additions, glazing details.
This Ordinance was RECOMMENDED FOR PASSAGE AND ASSIGNED to the
ZONING, NEIGHBORHOODS & DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE. This motion

5. 160718 Resolution declaring the City-owned parking lot at 3333 North 4th
Street surplus to municipal needs and authorizing its sale and the sale
of the City-owned vacant lots at 3323-25 North 4th Street, 3300-04
North Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive and 3306-10 North Dr. Martin
Luther King Jr. Drive to MLK LLC for commercial development, in the
6th Aldermanic District.

Detailed Planned Development known as the Historic Garfield School
Cultural Campus for the properties located at 411 West North Avenue,
2215 and 2235 North 4th Street and 2226-2234 North 5th Street, on
the south side of West North Avenue, west of North 4th Street, in the
6th Aldermanic District.
Sponsors: THE CHAIR
Conditions: narrative revisions: clarify permitted uses for the commercial space, the
number of parking spaces and units, additional staff comments and drawing updates:
marked pedestrian crossing through the parking lot, placement of the pedestrian path
and landscaping on the east side of the parking lot, varying plane projections from the
new building.

24th Street, West North Avenue and North 25th Street, in the 15th
Aldermanic District.

Code.
