Sponsors: Ald. Kovac and Ald. Bohl A motion was made Whitney Gould, seconded by Patricia Najera, that this Ordinance be RECOMMENDED FOR PASSAGE AND ASSIGNED to the ZONING, NEIGHBORHOODS & DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE. Sponsors: THE CHAIR Conditions: updated narrative and drawings:screening of parking lot and dumpster; signage standards; set back dimensions for parking lot landscaping, fence placement, height of building additions, glazing details. Zoning - Public Hearing 2:00 PM 6. 160390 An ordinance relating to the change in zoning from Local Business to a Detailed Planned Development known as the Historic Garfield School Cultural Campus for the properties located at 411 West North Avenue, 2215 and 2235 North 4th Street and 2226-2234 North 5th Street, on the south side of West North Avenue, west of North 4th Street, in the 6th Aldermanic District. Sponsors: THE CHAIR Conditions: narrative revisions: clarify permitted uses for the commercial space, the number of parking spaces and units, additional staff comments and drawing updates: marked pedestrian crossing through the parking lot, placement of the pedestrian path and landscaping on the east side of the parking lot, varying plane projections from the new building.
