1. Review and approval of the previous meeting minutes from September 10, 2018.
Member Altoro moved approval, seconded by member Gould, of the meeting minutes
from September 10, 2018. There was no objection.

2. 180907 Resolution approving the surplus declaration and sale of the City-owned
property at 1432 West Forest Home Avenue, in the 12th Aldermanic
District.

Downtown Area Comprehensive Plan and the Northeast Side Area
Comprehensive Plan to include the Transit Oriented Development Plan
as part of Milwaukee’s Overall Comprehensive Plan, in the 4th, 6th and
12th Aldermanic Districts.
