Zoning - Public Hearing 1:30 P.M. 2. 180945 A substitute ordinance establishing the Harbor District Riverwalk Site Plan Review Overlay Zone for certain properties adjacent to the Kinnickinnic River, in the 12th and 14th Aldermanic Districts.
