Member Crane was welcomed as a new member to the committee. Sponsors: THE CHAIR Member Johnson moved nomination, seconded by member Washington, of Stephanie Bloomingdale to serve as chair. There were no objections. Member Washington moved nomination, seconded by member Johnson, of Allyson Nemec to serve as vice-chair. There were no objections. Members Bloomingdale and Nemec were in acceptance of their nominations. Members Bloomingdale and Nemec elected as chair and vice-chair, respectively. A motion was made by Darryl Johnson, seconded by Ranell Washington, that this Resolution be APPROVED. Zoning - Public Hearing 1:30 PM 3. 191357 A substitute ordinance relating to the change in zoning from Local Business, LB2, and Two-Family Residential, RT4, to a General Planned Development to consolidate the zoning and accommodate future mixed-use development on the properties located in the block bounded by West Wisconsin Avenue, North 27th Street, West Michigan Street, and North 28th Street, in the 4th Aldermanic District.
