Meeting convened at 1:31 p.m.
There was a moment of silence in honor of past vice-chair and member, Whitney
Gould, who unfortunately passed recently.
Member Crane was welcomed as a new member to the committee.

1. 191524 Resolution to elect the Chairman and Vice Chairman of the City Plan
Commission.
Sponsors: THE CHAIR
Member Johnson moved nomination, seconded by member Washington, of Stephanie
Bloomingdale to serve as chair. There were no objections.
Member Washington moved nomination, seconded by member Johnson, of Allyson
Nemec to serve as vice-chair. There were no objections.
Members Bloomingdale and Nemec were in acceptance of their nominations.
Members Bloomingdale and Nemec elected as chair and vice-chair, respectively.
A motion was made by Darryl Johnson, seconded by Ranell Washington, that
this Resolution be APPROVED. This motion PREVAILED by the following vote:

2. Review and approval of the previous meeting minutes.
The meeting minutes from December 2, 2019 were approved without objection.

3. 191357 A substitute ordinance relating to the change in zoning from Local
Business, LB2, and Two-Family Residential, RT4, to a General Planned
Development to consolidate the zoning and accommodate future
mixed-use development on the properties located in the block bounded
by West Wisconsin Avenue, North 27th Street, West Michigan Street,
and North 28th Street, in the 4th Aldermanic District.
