Meeting convened at 1:30 p.m. Present: 6 - Nemec, Sas-Perez, Crane, Johnson, Washington, Bloomingdale Individuals also present: Samuel Leichtling, Dept. of City Development Vanessa Koster, Dept. of City Development Kristin Connelly, Dept. of City Development Forrest Elliott, Dept. of City Development Commissioner Rocky Marcoux, Dept. of City Development Ms. Koster was recognized for her service to the commission and congratulated for her pending appointment to serve as the Deputy Commissioner for the Dept. of City Development. Commissioner Marcoux was recognized for his service as Commissioner for the Dept. of City Development. Mr. Leichtling was introduced and will be assuming the duties of the Planning Manager for the Planning Division. 1. Review and approval of the previous meeting minutes. The meeting minutes from June 1, 2020 were approved without objection. Zoning 2. 200133 Substitute resolution relating to a Minor Modification to the Detailed Planned Development known as Honey Creek Corporate Center, Phase City of Milwaukee Page 1 CITY PLAN COMMISSION Meeting Minutes June 22, 2020 I to permit additional building wall signage at 125 South 84th Street, located on the north side of Interstate 94, west of South 84th Street, in the 10th Aldermanic District. Sponsors: Ald. Murphy Appearing: Lane Gugger, Greywolf Partners Inc. Vice-chair moved approval, seconded by member Washington. (Prevailed 6-0) A motion was made by Allyson Nemec, seconded by Ranell Washington, that this Resolution be RECOMMENDED FOR ADOPTION AND ASSIGNED to the ZONING, NEIGHBORHOODS & DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE . This motion PREVAILED by the following vote: Aye: 6- Nemec, Sas-Perez, Crane, Johnson, Washington, and Bloomingdale No: 0 Streets & Alleys 3. 190178 Substitute resolution to vacate an unimproved north-south alley, located in the block bounded by East Becher Street, South Kinnickinnic Avenue, South Robinson Avenue and East Ward Street in the 14th Aldermanic District. Sponsors: Ald. Zielinski Appearing: Kevin Kuschel, Dept. of City Development Vice-chair Nemec moved approval, seconded by member Crane. (Prevailed 6-0) A motion was made by Allyson Nemec, seconded by Catrina Crane, that this Resolution be RECOMMENDED FOR ADOPTION AND ASSIGNED to the PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE .
