Meeting convened at 1:30 p.m. Member Moody was introduced and welcomed as a new commissioner. Member Moody said that prior to radio he practiced commercial architecture in Minneapolis and Detroit, worked in airlines, and was looking forward to contribute to the City. Review and approval of the previous meeting minutes from March 29, 2021. The meeting minutes from March 29, 2021 were approved without objection. Member Moody abstaining.
