Review and approval of the previous meeting minutes from January 24, 2022. The meeting minutes from January 24, 2022 were approved without objection. Comprehensive Planning 2. 211352 Substitute resolution approving the Envision South 13th Street Together Strategic Action Plan and amending the Southwest Side Area Comprehensive Plan and Near South Area Comprehensive Plan to include the Envision South 13th Street Together Strategic Action Plan as part of the City of Milwaukee’s Overall Comprehensive Plan, in the 12th, 13th, and 14th Aldermanic Districts. Member Crane moved approval, seconded by member Moody. (Prevailed 5-0-1) Member Sas-Perez abstaining. A motion was made by Catrina Crane, seconded by Tarik Moody, that this Resolution be RECOMMENDED FOR ADOPTION AND ASSIGNED to the ZONING, NEIGHBORHOODS & DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE . This motion PREVAILED by the following vote: Aye: 5- Nemec, Washington, Bloomingdale, Crane, and Moody No: 0 Excused: 1- Smith Abstain: 1- Sas-Perez 3. 211585 Communication on the Connecting MKE - Downtown Plan.
