Review and approval of the previous meeting minutes from April 4, 2022. The meeting minutes from April 4, 2022 were approved without objection. Zoning - Public Hearing 1:30 PM 2. 211435 An ordinance relating to zoning regulations for water treatment plants in industrial zoning districts. Sponsors: Ald. City of Milwaukee Page 1 CITY PLAN COMMISSION Meeting Minutes April 25, 2022 The commission was to consider the Proposed Substitute B version. A presentation was given. No public testimony. Member Sas-Perez moved approval, seconded by member Moody. (Prevailed 5-0) A motion was made by Brianna Sas-Perez, seconded by Tarik Moody, that this Ordinance be RECOMMENDED FOR PASSAGE AND ASSIGNED to the ZONING, NEIGHBORHOODS & DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE . This motion PREVAILED by the following vote: Aye: 5- Nemec, Sas-Perez, Bloomingdale, Crane, and Moody No: 0 Excused: 2- Washington, and Smith DPW 3. 211583 An ordinance granting an air space lease to the DeLong Co., Inc. for an elevated conveyor system over South Carferry Drive. Sponsors: THE CHAIR Appearing: Dawn Schmidt, DPW Sean Farrell, DeLong Co. Bo DeLong, DeLong Co. Brian Kasprzyk, Port Milwaukee A presentation was given. Member Sas-Perez moved approval, seconded by member Crane. (Prevailed 5-0) A motion was made by Brianna Sas-Perez, seconded by Catrina Crane, that this Ordinance be RECOMMENDED FOR PASSAGE AND ASSIGNED to the PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE . This motion PREVAILED by the following vote: Aye: 5- Nemec, Sas-Perez, Bloomingdale, Crane, and Moody No: 0 Excused: 2- Washington, and Smith Comprehensive Planning 4. 211969 Resolution approving Amendment No. 6 to the Redevelopment Plan for the Park East Redevelopment Project Area, in the 3rd, 4th and 6th Aldermanic Districts. (Prevailed 5-0) A motion was made by Allyson Nemec, seconded by Catrina Crane, that this Resolution be RECOMMENDED FOR ADOPTION AND ASSIGNED to the ZONING, NEIGHBORHOODS & DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE . This motion PREVAILED by the following vote: Aye: 5- Nemec, Sas-Perez, Bloomingdale, Crane, and Moody No: 0 Excused: 2- Washington, and Smith 5. 211977 Communication relating to the Bay View Neighborhood Plan.
