Review and approval of the previous meeting minutes from May 16, 2022. The meeting minutes from May 16, 2022 were approved without objection. Zoning - Public Hearing 1:30 PM 2. 212010 A substitute ordinance correcting the mixed zoning of the parcel at 110 South 44th Street in the 10th Aldermanic District and assigning the zoning of Industrial Heavy, IH, to the property. Member Sas-Perez moved approval, seconded by member Crane. (Prevailed 6-0) A motion was made by Brianna Sas-Perez, seconded by Catrina Crane, that this Ordinance be RECOMMENDED FOR PASSAGE AND ASSIGNED to the ZONING, NEIGHBORHOODS & DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE . This motion PREVAILED by the following vote: Aye: 6- Nemec, Washington, Sas-Perez, Bloomingdale, Smith, and Crane No: 0 Excused: 1- Moody Zoning - Public Hearing 1:40 PM 3. 212005 An ordinance relating to the change in zoning from Industrial Heavy, IH, to Industrial Commercial, IC, to allow for a wider mix of industrial and commercial uses on the property located at 913 West Bruce Street, on the southwest corner of West Bruce Street and South 9th Street, in the 12th Aldermanic District. Sponsors: THE CHAIR Appearing: Kyle Bentzien, Birch Point Real Estate Qasim Khan, applicant A presentation was given by Mr. Leichtling and the applicant team. No public testimony. Vice-chair Nemec moved approval, seconded by member Smith. (Prevailed 6-0) A motion was made by Allyson Nemec, seconded by Willie Smith, that this Ordinance be RECOMMENDED FOR PASSAGE AND ASSIGNED to the ZONING, NEIGHBORHOODS & DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE .
